Anja Schütze has a degree in cultural and media education, is a trainer for diversity and anti-discrimination and a systemic organizational coach. She is white, a feminist, a mother, lives in Berlin and grew up in a village in Saxony/East Germany. 
Since 2003 she has worked for the Bundesvereinigung Kulturelle Kinder- und Jugendbildung (Federal Association for Cultural Child and Youth Education), where she is active in the field of voluntary services.
She has made documentary films in Germany, India and Afghanistan and has given countless film workshops for young people and adults.
She has been working as a freelance trainer for diversity and anti-discrimination since 2007. In this context, she gives lectures, moderates and accompanies transformation processes and provides further training for managers and employees from cultural institutions and civil society organizations.
